- Respondents must be expat and as long as not student pass or work permit, social, dependent pass or tourist
- Respondent must be Main Decision Maker of personal TELCO Products/Services
- Respondents must be articulate and not work in sensitive industry.
- Respondents MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH
- Respondents within the same household or siblings are not allowed to join in the same focus group discussion (one household per respondent), the company got the right not to pay them
- Respondents please take note that if you have participated in any focus group discussion you are not allowed to participate for the next 6mths
- Respondents who are working from advertising, marketing, market research, journalism and mass media, advertising, telephone industries are not allowed to participate.
