Looking for a pleasant and presentable lady to join our company as admin cum account assistant

Job scope:
- Reporting and providing administrative support to the Sales Manager.
- Banking, Handling and Issuing of Cheques and Payments
- Prepare Sales Invoice, Purchase Order & Issue payments.
- Following up on payments/invoices due
- Ensure proper documents record & filing.
- Daily updates of invoices and receipts.
- Data extraction/computation and submission of monthly reports
- Other adhoc duties assigned.
- Assits in manding exhibitions booth if require.

THE REQUIREMENTS
- Prefer ITE or Diploma with at least 1 year accounting work experience.
- Fresh Graduate will also be consider
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Good attitude and Willingness to learn, Committed and Hardworking.
- Able to handle stress and in meeting deadlines
- Preferably those who can commence work either IMMEDIATELY or within short notice

Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 6.00pm
