Customer Service / Loan consultant (Town) $1500-$1800 Training Provided - Central Area

Our Client an Established Financial Services with several branches in town, are currently expanding and require:

Consultants / Customer Service
Central
Responsibilities:
•Deals directly with customers either through telephone, electronically or in person.
•Keep records of customer payment history and transactions.
•Handle loan applications, obtain relevant documents and ensure the validity and accuracy of the information provided.
•Interview borrowers and assess each case.
•For every successful application, explain details and terms & conditions governing the loan stated in Note of Contract to the borrowers.
•Ensure a copy of Note of Contract and duly-completed application form are given to borrowers after the approval of loans.

Requirements:
•'N' or ‘O’ Level
•On-the-job training will be provided

Others:
•Salary - $1,500 - $1,800
•Working Day / Hours: Mon-Sat, 12pm -8pm
