Call centre environment, One year contract (possibility for conversion to permanent position)

Job Duties:

• Deliver personalised service over the telephone to customers on company's products, accounts, and services enquiries.
• Understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
• To deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement actions.

Requirements:
• GCE 'NO' Levels
• Call centre experience is preferred
• Proficient in English and ability to speak Mandarin and dialects will be an advantage as to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers.
• Good communication skills with pleasant voice and telephone manner
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

Other Information:
• Operational hours from 8.30am-10pm
• 5-day work week, on 2 rotating shifts (8.30-6pm, 12.30pm - 10pm)
• Earliest shift starts 8.30am
• Latest shift ends 10pm
• Salary up to $1600 depending on experience
