Our client is an independent industrial Group fully focused on the design, production and sale of components, integrated systems and modules for the automotive industry, mainly for CO2 emissions reduction. It ranks among the world's top automotive suppliers
Timeo-Performance mission is to recruit the Sales and Marketing professional APAC for its After Market business unit.

Job purpose:

Under the supervision of his Manager, the sales and marketing promoter manager :
• Secure operations for the area through close follow up with other departments
• Drive and coordinate selected customers
• Prepare in close cooperation with the area Sales Manager APAC necessary mid-term business development plans to ensure area growth

Main Responsibilities:

1. Liaise and follow up with back office departments for daily operations to secure the sales process
• Customer service: daily follow up of order intake
• Logistics: weekly/ monthly follow up of shipments ( LD + regular)
2. Drive and Manage key customers
• Visit and reports regularly key account customers in order to communicate all the information needed- manage daily relationship with selected customers
• Create specific tools dedicated to customer management (activity dashboard, leaflet etc)
• Propose and set up sales operations
o Propose dedicated sales actions/promotions to customers ( tailor made promo, challenges)
o Ensure alignment with HQ actions when possible
o Monthly follow up of customer activity and propose corrective action plan
• Organize Pre-sales trainings sessions (sales & technical trainings)
• Follow up of customer intimacy KPI’s and implement related improvement plan
• Finance : coordinate pricing adjustment

3. Business Analysis
• Conduct car population analysis and cross checking with our client products portfolio and propose specific development plans following analysis
• Ensure alignment on basics regarding product creation
• Prepare KAM reviews
• Contribute to Budget preparation
• Contribute to pricing strategy and competitors benchmark (price watch)

Additional information:
• Geographical perimeter definition : Asean (Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia)
• First localisation will be in Paris for a one year training period ( company culture, company processes, market knowledge, job content itself)

Requirements:
• Master degree or equivalent in sales or engineering field
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant sales & marketing experience with at least 2 to 5 successful years in a similar industry
• Regional sales experience in Asia with strong track records
• First experience in automotive aftermarket business would be a decisive advantage
• Demonstrated ability to develop new clients
• Client oriented & Marketing sensitive
• Self motivator, proactive and hands-on person
• Good organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Ability to successfully carry out multiple tasks
• Master tools ( DA , CDP , VO , MSA, IT in general …)
• Excellent written & verbal communication in English - French and/or mandarin will be a plus
