About the position:
•The Key Account Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to
existing customer base while maintaining sales and profit levels in line with overall targets, as well as, represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction.
•In addition, the KAM should build relationships with clients to identify growth potential and develop a high level of customer loyalty.

Main responsibilities:
•Execute concerted sales effort with assigned customers
•Plan, execute and follow up on marketing, sales campaigns, and customer solutions for assigned customers
•Identify sales opportunities in conjunction with the Product Manager and Sales Analyst
•Contribute to strong relations and establishing a conducive, competitive and positive sales environment through up-selling, repeat sales, new business and relationship building

Requirements

Professional requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
•A minimum of three years of experience selling technical aircraft products and services to airline and MRO clients
•Knowledge of the aerospace industry and general product knowledge in the aerospace industry is required
• Proven, successful record of sales project management
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and established KPI’s
•Deep understanding and documented experience of cross functional cooperation both with customer base and with peers and stakeholders within an organization
•Experience selling both products and solutions is preferred

•Motivation and drive to be successful with a high level of energy, persistence and resilience
