Our clients are seeking for a suitable dynamic individuals to join them as
Boutique Administrator
Responsibilities:
•Daily / Monthly routine reports.
•Assisting in After-Sales-Service
•Assist in stock Management issues such as attach sensors to goods received , perform quality check, etc.
•Assist in ordering and following up on store supplies like stationery, drinks, pantry supplies, packaging, etc.
•Liaise with assigned contractors to ensure that daily cleaning & upkeeping is done.
•Involves a lot of manual work.
Requirements:
•Singaporean only
•Min Diploma / A level Equivalent
•Min 1 year experience in similar capacity
•Good knowledge in MS Word & Excel
Other information:
•6 Days Work , Sunday Off
•Working Hours 10am - 6pm
•Salary range: $2000-$2200
