Customer Service Leader - The Role
As a Customer Service Leader you will need to have a strong people management background and thrive on leading, coaching and motivating a team. Each member of your team will be dedicated and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences, because they're excited by the products around them. You will thrive on a busy airport environment, a fantastic product selection, and most of all the very best customer service.
Customer Service Leader - The Candidate
Substantial team management experience and customer-facing experience and a proven track record of achieving sales targets is essential, gained in a retail environment.
You will have:
Relevant knowledge and experience in high-end fashion retail
Experience in beauty, fashion, luxury and designer product ranges
Demonstrable selling skills
Relevant training and where possible qualifications
Previous management experience in either a retail or customer service environment
In addition you will:
Have excellent interpersonal skills with a strong people focus
Have the ability to communicate verbally in English (essential) and knowledge of a second language (helpful)
Be passionate, energetic and innovative to achieve results
Be self-motivated and able to contribute effectively to a team
