Our client is a fast growing French women’s wear retail group looking for a regional brand manager for one of his brand. The role is based in Singapore; the region covered is Singapore and Malaysia.
Job description:
•Leading projects and initiatives that will maximize sales and profit growth of the brand
•Increasing sales, analyzing and monitoring commercial index
•Implementing action plans
•Evaluating and analyzing promotion results
•Maintaining a close collaboration with partners
•To ensure the timing of the guidelines sent to our partners (in SGD and MLY) and the timing of the implementation by suggesting the right organization
•Managing directly one store: checkout management, inventory control, maximization of store volume
•Working with sales teams to identify, design and create selling tools
•The development and the follow up of the employees
•Recruitment if needed
•To communicate with brand managers of both countries on the implementation of operations and rules in store
•To report directly to the SEA brand manager who will stay the main contact to both brand managers until further notice
Requirements:
•Enthusiastic person who has at least 4 years experience in retail (volume retail is preferred)
•Experience as a Store Manager is required
•Innovative
•Excellent presentation
•Flexible
•Organized
•Rigorous, dynamic, with excellent communication skills
•Demanding and attached to details
•Able to adapt to a very dynamic and fast growing business model
