Background

I have over 8 years of experience as a qualified instructor. Hundreds of children and adults have benefited from my classes in:

•Baby, Toddler and Kids Swimming
•Aqua Pregnancy
•Aqua Therapy (Joints, Muscles, Core training)
•Baby and Toddler Special needs therapy

I run group and private classes in condominiums, private homes, corporations and fitness studios.

I conduct seminars, workshops with hospitals, corporations, schools, parenting magazines, Mothers' Support Groups and MCYS in addition to being a speaker for parenting magazines, newspapers and pregnancy-related events. My happiest moments are when I see the progress my students achieve be it babies diving underwater, children with water phobia becoming confident swimmers, infants taking their first steps despite motor disorders or adults simply feeling fitter and pain free.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Interviewed and appeared on national television (Channel 5 & 8) on the subject of pregnancy and movement.
Interviewed and published on national newspapers (Straits Times and Zaobao) and parenting magazines regarding health and wellness and baby swimming.
Assisted many prenatal mothers to undergo natural birth without painkiller.
Successfully assisted pre and postnatal mothers with cases such as VBAC, IVF, Sciatic issues, back pain, pelvic floor and diastasis recti repair.
Helped many babies and young children with low muscle tone to much improve dramatically.
